Fancy Cutter and Cut UR prize machine are one-player skill tester which players control joystick and buttons to win a hanging prize.
Same concept as Barber Cut, it’s really easy to play with. Player holding down the joystick / first button, move the arm across into position behind the target prize, use the second button to move the arm forward until the scissors on the arm are around the string attached to the wanted item. When that push button is released, the scissors will make a cut to the string to try and release the prize.
