This screen kiddie ride is a pretty giant "toy" in Sonic fighter aeroplane design with double seats for children.
A joystick on the left side of the board to maneuver the ship (up, down, left, or right), and another two action buttons are used for toggling weapons and firing.
There's also a lever on the right hand side labeled "SPEED UP" which also tilts up the whole cabinet.
