Sequel to the arcade and playstation 2 hit. Comes all new missions and battles. There are now a total of forty Gundam robots to use and destroy.
For those unfamilar with the orginal game. It is a fighting game where players pilot giant mechanical robots called "Gundams." The story set in the fictional universe created in the anime and manga "Gundam Seed" where the Federation are in a interplantery war with the Z.A.F.T. organistation.
Players battle in the depths of space, on Earth and other settings. Most Gundam units have a both long range and short range weapons as well as missles and special abilities divided in Rush, Power and Speed categories.
As with most fighting games the object is to destroy all opposing forces before being destroyed yourself. The screen displays appoximate location of both friendly and enemy units as well as armour and weapon statistics.
