Player role play as an Against terrorist agent through multi-story levels, killing a variety of masked enemies using a pistol or machine gun. Player can jump between floors using handrails and bannisters to reach doors or avoid enemies. Unlike Rolling Thunder, health is not lost by coming into contact with enemies. An optional level select allows the player to choose which level to start on after game over.
