King of Fighters '99 (KOF 99) is a cartridge based video game which is the 6th in a long running series of team fighting game. KOF '99 introduces strikers into the fray. The striker can be called on a certain number of times per match to do a special move. The introduction of the striker basically makes the game 4 on 4. The player can norminate at the beginning of each match who is gonna to be the main fighters and who is going to be the striker.
