The King of Fighters 2003 maintains its traditional format of a three-on-three battle. This versions sees 6 new characters and 4 returning ones. However the battle system and rules have changed on the game: A "Mulit-Shift" system has added into the game, which allow players to change the team mamebers even during a round.
The "Tactical Leader System" allows player to pick a leader for the team. This leader can use the extra move "Super Special Leader Move", this move is even more powerful then the "Super Special Move".
In this game, there's no time out when a character's knocked out. When time runs out, the match is decided by the remaining amount of life energy of all surviving members. |
