About
Psy-Phi |
Psy-Phi actually pronounced Sci-Fi is a unique fighting game that is entirely controlled via the use of the touch screen. No joysticks or buttons used.
Each of the fighters have psychic powers which allow them to defy gravity and fight in mid-air. The players view is a combination of virtual reality and over the shoulder views, with the enemies shown in the distance.
The players are treated to a new form of combat. To attack players can tap on the enemy character on the screen to unleash a variety of psychically charged projectiles and moves. The length of the press will determine the attack strength of the move. From small blasts to fully charged super psychic onslaughts.
These super moves take longer to charge and require more energy from the players power gauge. Displayed on screen together with character's health gauge. Once invoked a symbol will appear on the screen the player must trace the symbol with his/her finger to complete the move.
To dodge the enemy's moves and attacks, the player must tap one of the 4 arrows in the corners of the screen. This game is the brain child of Yu Suzuki. |
