A realistic golf simulator, with courses designed to be more accessible to players of all skill levels than previous games in the series.
The game features all new courses,
Balmoral Greens the first non-links style Scottish course with deep pot bunkers and trees. Sapphire Springs a volcanic course from New Zealand. Oak Hollow it's verdant Virginia in the Autumn.
Painted Gorge the first-ever course from South Africa based on the incredible desert beauty of Richtersveld National Park. Ridgewood the beautiful and treacherous Canadian Rockies form the backdrop for this exciting layout from Alberta.
Also the Blue Horizon and Eagles Peak have been reconfigured as this year’s Amateur courses, and are much easier than their 2004 professional versions.
Other features are new player selectable drop spot. Players who land in a tough trouble spot can now take a penalty stroke and elect to drop their ball on the fairway. Simply press the Start button in Stroke or Skins play to access the options menu and activate this new feature. As well as more player-friendly hole-by-hole statistics. Golden Tee 2005 offers players even more online information than ever before. |
