War Zard (Red Earth) is a 2D fighting game that has four player-selectable characters, two modes of play (Quest and Vs.) and bonus rounds between levels. In Quest mode, players fight their way through different lands to gain experience points. The Vs. mode features one-on-one combat similar to most other fighting games.
