A side scrolling shoot them up, where players take of the role as either a male or female freedom fighter. Weapons are plentiful and range from gatling guns to missile launchers and more.
The story is set in the future where the earth surface has been almost completely covered in water. Players must fight the evil empire on land and across the sea while riding on the backs of dolphins.
