This idea of this game comes from the popular martial arts Manga/Anime "Fist of the North Star." The machine consists of 6 pads which senses when players strike them.
The game features a number of opponents, players gain instructions on which pad to strike and when. Successully hitting of the pad results in the enemies taking damage. When enough successul strikes have been made, the enemy is defeating and the player can move on.
This is the sequel to the orginal punch mania/fighting mania machine.
