An updated version of the arcade smash Initial D, players will be able to transfer there cars from ver.1 to 2 providing the machine models are compatible. However the player will need to be issued with a new ver.2 card.
This transfer also extends to cleared tracks, any tracks that the player has beaten on the 1st version are automatically cleared on the 2nd version. As well as player retaining what ever points they attain in ver.1
Other additions include players being able to select wet conditions for time attack mode. Players can now tune their car up to a total of 120K points instead of 60K.
This update includes more tracks, selectable in both day or night, wet or dry. Many new cars from manufacturer such as Toyota, Madza and Nissan, and additional songs. As well as extras added the story mode.
